London Broil

This is a favorite in my family! Whenever my dad offers to make dinner, this is what I ask for first. 

It has rich beefy flavor and grills or smokes beautifully. This cut is well suited for marinades as well as dry rubs. Cooked to medium rare London Broil makes an impressive dinner and if there are any leftovers, thinly sliced it makes a great addition to salads or stir fry.
