Why can't I order online?
We are putting online ordering on hold for now while we begin attending the farmer's market.
How long will it keep in the freezer?
Typically around 12 months.
How do I cook grass fed beef?
Grass fed beef cooks 25%-30% faster than grain fed beef. Rare to medium rare is the ideal doneness for grass fed beef so use a thermometer and keep a close eye on the internal temperature.
