Delivery:

We ship with overnight delivery within California! 

Your order is shipped Wednesdays for delivery Thursday.

Shipping Info:

We ship Wednesday each week, weather permitting.  If the weather gets too hot we will delay shipping to the following week.  

• All beef is vacuum-sealed, flash-frozen, and packed with ice packs in insulated boxes to ensure it arrives in optimal condition.
• Our insulation is recyclable, no Styrofoam here!
• Tracking information will be provided via email once your order ships.

How much freezer space will I need?

1 cubic foot of freezer space will generally fit approximately 25 pounds of cut and wrapped meat.  Think 1 milk crate for about every box that is ordered.

How long will it keep in the freezer?

Typically around 12 months.

How do I cook grass fed beef?

Grass fed beef cooks 25%-30% faster than grain fed beef.  Rare to medium rare is the ideal doneness for grass fed beef so use a thermometer and keep a close eye on the internal temperature.
