London Broil
This is a favorite in my family! Whenever my dad offers to make dinner, this is what I ask for first. It isn't a common cut these days for some reason. It's a great value cut that can feed a family.
2-3 pound London Broil
salt & pepper or your favorite steak seasoning
Straight forward preparation, using your gas or charcoal grill after the it's heated thoroughly season the London Broil to taste and grill to medium rare. Try and avoid overcooking this cut, it's lean and can dry out. If you have a smoker - even better! Heat your smoker on high and smoke until medium rare.
Some notes:
Let the London Broil rest for 5-10 minute, it will be juicier and easier to slice.
Slice across the grain for the best texture.
This cut is super versatile. Once cooked it can be sliced for sandwiches, used in stir fries, or diced for tacos.
